You may have heard the term “raw food diet.” Health and wellness professionals put a lot of emphasis on eating more fruits and vegetables in general to support overall health. Some take the recommendation a step further and tout the benefits of eating fruits and vegetables raw. While there is no one way of eating that is best for everyone, the question remains: are the raw foodism or raw vegan lifestyles good for your health?
